Nan Elizabeth Vincent, 88, of Farrar, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014, at Windsor Healthcare Residence in Groesbeck. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at the New Hope Baptist Church, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Reverend Dean Easterling will conduct the services, and burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
Nan was born in Texas to the late William T. Wells and Gertie Jane James Wells. On September 12, 1945, she married Joe Oscar Ainsworth. Nan had a career as a legal secretary in a law firm. On May 25, 1990, she married George W. Vincent Sr. in Montgomery County, Texas.
Nan was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Joe Oscar Ainsworth on March 7, 1988; second husband, George W. Vincent, Sr. on April 26, 1999; and her son, Timothy Joseph "Tim" Ainsworth on February 25, 2013.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula Cheryle Ainsworth Hasara, of Farrar; granddaughter, Lauren Hasara Mason and her family from Farrar; and the surviving family of her son, Tim. Q14
