The exact location of his burial is not known, but he owned land nearby along Horse Creek, a short distance from this church. He may be buried in the old Grove Cemetery, just over a mile away, where the old church was located.
He is father of Francis Marion Davenport, buried in Daventon Baptist Church Cemetery nearby, memorial #8513463.♥༺✿ڰۣڿ✿༻♥ IN MEMORY ♥༺✿ڰۣڿ✿༻♥
