Thomas Butler Jr. was born July 3, 1711 at Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut to Thomas and Abigail Andrews Butler. He married Abigail Craft March 9, 1732 at Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts and their children were: Thomas, Eleazer, Benjamin and Abigail. In 1739, Thomas and Abigail were dismissed from the Chebacco Church and they moved to Windham, Connecticut. Abigail died January 11, 1744 and Thomas married Deborah Meacham February 7, 1745 in Windham. Their children were: Josiah, Sarah and Elisha. Deborah died March 3, 1749 and Thomas married Thankful Luce June 17, 1749 at Windham. Children of Thomas and Thankful were: Mary, Deborah, William, Hannah and Sarah. Thomas died in 1787 at Wethersfield, Hartford County, Connecticut and was buried in an unknown cemetery in Windham, Connecticut.
