Jesse T. Guyer, 75, well-known farmer in Clearfield County died at his home at Mock's Hill, Philipsburg R.D., of a heart attack yesterday at 10:30 p.m. He was in good health until the fatal attack.

He was born in the Cumberland Valley, York County. March 4, 1879, a son of Frank and Susan Jones Guyer. He and his wife, the former Myrtle Albert, just recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Albert and Franklin of Philipsburg R.D.; a daughter Mrs. Natalie Straw of Lakemont; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roy J. of Stoors, Conn., and Herbert of Baltimore; and two sisters, Mrs. Emory Kahn and Mrs. Emmert McClellan of Shippensburg.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from his Mock's Hill home, Rev. James Slapensky, pastor of the Oak Grove Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Philipsburg Cemetery.

Friends may call at his home from 7 p.m. today until time of services.
