Carlos Efriam Andersen, age 90, passed away July 2, 1990 at the home of his daughter in Murray, Utah.

Born, December 21, 1899 in Copenhagen, Denmark, the son of Adolf and Oline M. Jorgensen Andersen. Married Eleonora Jorgensen, March 22, 1950 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Worked as a cheesemaker at Highland Dairy for many years. Was active member of the LDS church. Served a mission for the LDS church in Denmark. Worked as a janitor for Eimco Industries, and Fortune Elementary School. Farmed for a time in Calgary and Edmonton, Canada. Was a member of the Scandia male choir for many years.

Survived by his wife; a son, Heber Andersen and his wife Sherry of West Valley City; a daughter, Carol E. Oveson of Murray, Utah. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, and one great-granchild. Preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held 12 noon, Saturday, July 7, 1990, at the Larkin Sunset Garden Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
