Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from St. Peter's Episcopal Church for John Smith Grady, 86, who died at his home, 1000 Third Street Monday morning. Rev. William P. Weeks, rector of the Church, officiated and interment was in the Garden of Memories, under the direction of Plummer-Smith.
A native of Caldwell County, he was a retired farmer and had lived in Kerrville for 26 years. He is survived by his wife of the home address, four children, Bill Grady of Kerrville, Mrs. Ruth Heinan of Comfort and John and Harold Grady of Austin, two brothers, three sisters and 11 grandchildren.
