Aloysius G. Rakers, age, 64, of Aviston, IL died Friday, May 16 1986 at his home.
He was the father of Troy resident, Mrs. Gerald (Marian) Montroy and was the own/operator of Rakers Electric Contracting, Inc. of Aviston for forty years.
Other survivors include his wife, the former Rita Arentsen; six sons: Gerald Rakers of Hoyleton, IL; Allen Rakers of Germantown, IL; Ron Rakers of St. Louis, MO and Leon Rakers at home; four daughter, Carol Shannon of Belleville; Elaine Kunz of Trenton, IL; Geralyn Rakers of St. Louis, Mo and Michelle Rakers at home, six grandchildren and 10 brother and sisters. Funeral services were held on Monday, May 19th at St. Francis Church, Aviston. burial was in St. Francis Cemetery, Aviston.
