Age 86, the son of the late Carl and Mabel Morgan Richardson.
George was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army and the United States Air Force, in the European Theatre. After World War II, he worked in Pittsburgh, Pa., as a plumber, and retired from there in 1972, and moved to Canadohta Lake, and then worked at Tele Dyne Penn Union, in Edinboro, and retired from there in 1977. George was a former Bloomfield Township Supervisor.
He is survived by daughters, Wanda Watkins and her husband Bud and Beth Ann Oaks, all of Erie, Pa., and Cindy Struble and her husband Dave of Union City, Pa., sons George Richardson and his wife Mandy of Union City, Pa., William Richardson and his wife Linda and Ernest Dubrewski, all of Centerville, Pa., Bruce Richardson and his wife Kass of Portage, Pa. and Allen Richardson of Pittsburgh, Pa., a brother Donald Richardson and his wife Jean of Columbia, Ohio, and grandchildren.
Interment in Rootville Cemetery, Rootville, Pa. with military honors.
