Survivors include: daughter, Geraldine Hayen (Floyd) of Hurst TX; grandchildren, James Russell Hayen (Lesa) of Fort Worth TX, John Randell Hayen (Cherryl) of Hurst TX; great-grandchildren, Amanda, Alexis, and Clay Hayden, numerous nieces and nephews.
