She was married 1st to a Mr. Brittan who died during the Civil War. Her daughter Annie Lucinda Brittain married William A. Betterton and they had: Thomas Lee Betterton. Her daughter Tommy Mary Brittain married John Lett (children: Alice, William, Roy).
