Lola Tillotson Condie 12/9/1922 ~ 8/6/2010 The Wonderful life of the Beautiful Lola Tillotson Condie who passed away surrounded by family and friends on Friday, August 6, 2010 in Salt Lake City. Lola crossed over the veil with tears in her eyes, exuding a love that defies description. Born December 9, 1922 in McCammon, Idaho, the precious daughter of Arthur Warren and Sylvia Moss Tillotson. Married George Martin Condie, on March 14, 1942 in Pocatello, Idaho. They were sealed, June 19, 1953, in the Idaho Falls Temple. They are known for their tremendous love and loyalty through the years. Theirs has truly been one of the greatest love stories of all time. A dear friend, Marla, said "when I think of Lola, I think of Joy, Love, and Laughter." Lola's faith in her Heavenly Father, her love of nature, her unsurpassed homemaking skills, her love of children, her ability to lift and cheer another, her unconditional love, her witty sense of humor and the sparkle in her eyes, are but a few of the things we will remember. She is survived by three children, Sheila Rae Roberts and Dan (Holladay); daughter- in-law, Connie, (Salt Lake City); Brian Condie, Melody (Seattle Washington, Cami Benns and Robb (Salt Lake City) 13 grandchildren: Scott, Ryan, Jason, Angie, Andrea, Steven, Amanda, Mimmie, Emilee, Selena, Levi, Zach and Venessa, along with 21 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
