Una Pearl (Baker) Nelson, 92, was a self-employed landlord. She owned a number of rental houses and also designed and built a board and care home, Nelson's Wish 'n' Well Home. She was a member of the 1st Church of the Nazarene.
Una married Pierce M. Nelson on February 9, 1919 in Marion County, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on February 25, 1986. She also was preceded in death by a son, Earl C. on June 1, 1964, and a daughter, Oleita Mae Nelson on February 26, 1992.
Surviving are a son, Edward H. of Arkansas; a brother, Lloyd Baker of Arkansas; two sisters, Ival Slemp of Oregon and Dorothy Elliott of Missouri; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
