Franklin Dee "Frank" Glasscock was born September 1, 1937, in Amarillo, Texas. He was the son of Clarence Gee Glasscock and Essie Pauline Britton (Pair).

His parents, Clarence and Pauline, were step brother and sister. Since they were young and unmarried, Frank was raised by Pauline's mother (Iva May "Ivy" Conger) and Clarence's father (Earl Smith Glasscock) together, who were married to each other and had other children together. All available records will show Earl and Iva as his parents, though they are technically his adopted parents.

Frank was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, and was retired from the Arkansas National Guard after serving in the Ozark and Clarksville units. He was a member of Mount Vernon Community Church in Arkansas.

On February 6, 1962, Frank married Glenda K. Hylton of Arkansas. The ceremony most likely took place in Arkansas, though it could have been in Texas. They never had children; Frank was sterile due to a case of childhood mumps.

Frank passed away on May 6, 2005 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He preceded Glenda in death; he was just 67 years old. He was buried at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Clarksville. He was a wonderful, sweet man who was loved by all. He will never be forgotten.
