Wanda Jean Jones, 83, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be Friday, January 24th from 12-2 PM at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. A graveside service will follow at Florence City Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones is a life long resident of Florence. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Florence. She loved her children and lived for her grandchildren. She was a breast cancer survivor, loved country music, and enjoyed getting her hair done every Friday by Mrs. Faye.
Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her Mother, Gladys Whittington; she is survived by her husband of 60 years, Paul Jones of Florence; daughters, Paula Jean (Gerald) Keyes of Pearl and Jamie Alison Jones of Richland; grandchildren, Brandi Nicole Aycox (Kyle Wilhelm), Corey Paul Keyes, Russell, Melissa, Courtney, Ian, and Zoey Jones, Dakota Keyes, and Tiffany Hillhouse; and great grandchildren, Bryce and Alisha Wilhelm, Lili Keyes, and Donavan Hillhouse.
