Three generations consisting of nine children, 25 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren survive Richard M. Sexton, 80 years old, who died at his home, 1184 North Main street, yesterday afternoon at four o'clock.
Mr. Sexton had been ill since Tuesday. Surviving him are the widow, four sons, Asa, Tom, Homer of Middletown, and Harlan, of Dayton; five daughters, Mrs. Melvin Smith, of Middletown, Mrs. Earl Lewellyn, of Troy, Mrs. George Cox, of Mansfield, Ill., Miss Georgia Sexton, and Miss Eva Sexton of Dayton, 25 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Church of Christ with Rev. W. H. Thompson officiating. Burial will be made in Woodside cemetery.
