DIES IN CORTLAND
Myrtle A. Bennie of 37 E. Court St., a life resident of the area, died this morning at her home. She was the widow of D. Ernest Bennie.
Mrs. Bennie was the daughter of Fred J. and Allie Bunnell Saunders.
Surviving are a brother, F. Leon Saunders of Groton City; a sister, Mrs. Arnold Metzner of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p. m. from the Wright-Beard Funeral Home. Interment will be in Cortland Rural Cemetery.
There are no calling hours and friends may contribute to the Horizon Home, c-o Mrs. Laura Chatfield, 625 W. Green St., Ithaca.
