Atchley, Philip E. - born March 23, 1929, died November 10, 1998. A great MAN worth of respect and dignity! World's greatest Poppy! Friend to all, lover of life and extraordinary father. It was a wonderful "Sentimental Journey" and we sure will miss him. Member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Preceded in death by: adoring wife of 45 years, Cecilia Fox Atchley; and parents, Dr. and Mrs. Paul L. Atchley. Survivors: sister, Jean Atchley Marsee and husband, Marion D. Marsee; six wormy kids and their spouses; bunches of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and scads of special friends. Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Rich Walsh officiating.
