SAN SABA - Funeral services for Porter Bradley Cox, 69, of Brownwood will be held Wednesday al 1 p.m. in Mowell -Doran Funeral Home with Dr. R. C. Tennison of Brownwood officiating, assisted by the Rev. Jack Hooper, pastor of First Methodist Church here. Burial will be in Fairview Cemtery at Winters. Ae retired farmer and member of the Methodist church, Mr. Cox had been a resident of Brownwood one month. He died Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. in a Brownwood hospital where he I had been a patient 10 days. He was born May 22, 1875, in County and had lived in San Saba County 26 years. He married Nellie Bell Spence in Bell County. Survivors include his wife; three sons, A. C. Cox of Winters, Porter Bradley Cox Jr. of Brownwood and J. D. Cox of Lampasas; one daughter, Mrs. Ward Harkey of Coleman: three brothers, Vernon of Dallas, Sammie of Killeen and Flemon Cox of Belton; one sister, Mrs. Bessie Ballew of Plainview; 10 grandchildren and eight great- 1 grandchildren.
