Cathy was preceded in death by her father Robert Lee Hartley of Wadestown, West Virginia in 1950 and her mother Mildred (Myers) Hartley of Yale, OK in 2004.

Services have been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 10:00 am at Lawson Cemetery in Yale, Oklahoma with Brother Mich Dershem officiating.
