O. S. Brown Dead
O. S. Brown, an old citizen of Dewitt county, died this morning at 4:00 o'clock at the home in Arlington. He had been living with his widowed daughter, Mrs. J. W. McCrabb, in Jackson county for some time, but had recovered from an old illness sufficiently to return to his farm at Clinton.
Deceased cam to this county in 1881 from Travis and settled where he died. He was 76 years old.
The following children survive him, his wife having died many years ago,
W. A., Will and Burt Brown are his sons, all of whom live here. Mesdames John York, Ed Vollers, Tom Russell and J. W. McCrabb are his daughters, all of whom reside in this county but the latter.-Cuero Record.
