THOMAS CLIFFORD IVEY, 229 North Locust Street, died early this morning at the Washington County Hospital, aged 46 years. He was born in Georgia, the son of the late Wade and Hattie Ivey.
He had resided in Hagerstown for the past nine years and was employed as a salesman for Holzapfel & Fiery Appliance. He was a member of the Bethany Methodist Church in Georgia but attended the First Baptist Church.
Surviving are: wife, J. Bernice; daughter, Betty C., Union Memorial Hospial, Baltimore; sisters, Mrs. Samuel Younce, South Carolina; Mrs. Feaster Mauldin, Georgia; brothers, Olin Ivey, Tennessee; James Ivey, Georgia.
Kraiss Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
