Al Howard, 70, of Ripley, TN, and formerly of Memphis, was carried to Heaven on January 18, 2014 to be with his late wife, Pat Howard.
He was a longtime machinist at Mueller Brass and also was a US Army Veteran.
Mr. Howard is survived by his children,
Kelly Irby (Robert) of Ripley, TN, Kevin Brackney (Vickie) of Manteno, IL, Kimberly Huth (Marie) of O'Fallon, IL, Kathryn Eads (Danny) of Mantachie, MS, Kristine Ferguson (Lacy) of Memphis, TN; two God children, Donny Diemert (Kathy) of Red Bud, IL, Billy Joe Huddleston (Becky) of Waterloo, IL;
two brothers, Robert Huddleston (Brenda) of Hertford, NC, Bobby Huddleston (Marilyn) of Waterloo, IL;
two sisters, Joyce Hill (Bobby) of Jackson, TN, Patricia Cannon (Tommy) of Somerville, TN;
15 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Howard, and mother and stepfather, Helen and Joseph Huddleston.
Visitation will be 12 p.m. until services begins at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following.
In lieu of flowers, the family request any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
