Stanley Lincoln (Link) Lawrence, 80, died at 10:28 p.m., Wednesday, July 23, 1980 at Spring View Hospital, Lebanon after a lingering illness. He was a resident of Medco Center, a former farmer in the Mackville Community, a member of Mackville Baptist Church.
He was son of Henry and Mary Lair Lawrence, long-deceased.
Mr. Lawrence rested at Arnold Funeral Home in Mackville, where services were held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 26 with his pastor, Rev. Carmon Jones, officiating. Burial was in the family lot at Bethlehem.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Bettie Cheser, Springfield and Mrs. Mayme Cheser, Louisville and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Forest Key, Jim Powell, Bruce Burkhead, James Amos, Everett Lee Russell and John D. Sutton.
