WEST COLUMBIA - Memorial service Faye Allen MacMillan, 86, in Christ Chapel of Washington Street United Methodist Church. A private committal service in the church memorial garden. Mrs. MacMillan passed away on January 13, 2014 at Agape' Assisted Living after an extended illness. Born June 9, 1927 in Lenoir NC, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Edward Allen and Inez Taylor Allen Oxendine. She retired after 33 years of service with BellSouth as a service representative. She was a long time member of Washington Street United Methodist Church, the Traxler Sunday School Class, and the International Order of the Kings Daughters and Sons. She was an avid gardener, antiques collector and enjoyed many types of crafts but most of all, she loved and enjoyed her three grandchildren. Surviving are daughter, Elizabeth MacMillan Ouzts (Mack) of Columbia; son, Edward Wells MacMillan (Cheryl) of Spartanburg SC; grandchildren, Taylor Ouzts of Columbia, Ryan and Derrick MacMillan of Spartanburg SC. She was predeceased by her husband, Wayne Wells MacMillan; brothers, Clay Allen, Ray Allen, and Jay Allen of Lenoir NC. Dunbar Funeral Home. The State, Jan. 16, 2014.
