I read his record and it is only written in a huge book as it is a very old record. His correspondent was his wife Mattie. He stated he had 8 children. When he was admitted he has Senile Dementia aggravated by a stroke of apoplexy. He was rendered helpless. When he was brought to our hospital he was dying. The doctor felt he should have been left at home to die.

In September of 1904 he has fill out of a buggy and struck his head and was unconscious for 18 hours. He had been failing since that time.

10-31-05 - This patient was suffering from organic dementia when admitted and from the first it was apparent that he would live but a short time. There was marked hemiplegia present. He was very noisy and destructive and quite filthy in habit. Today he suffered from an apoplectic seizure, from which he did not rally, and death occurred at 10 a.m.
He was then burried at the Hospital Cemetary. His wife did not wish to pick his body up for burial
