Arlington, Texas - Former Duncan resident VERBIE ANN KROSTAG, 83, of Arlington, died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 1992, in an Arlington hospital.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Duncan's Northside Church of Christ with Leonard Keele officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home.
Mrs. Krostag was born April 16, 1909, in Marlow to William and Margaret Green. She was retired from the Oklahoma State Highway Department and was a member of Northside Church of Christ. On April 16, 1933, she married Lewis Martin Krostag in Ardmore. He died Sept. 2, 1980, in Duncan.
Survivors include two sons-in-law, Gerry Witt and Dr. R.C. Hill, both of Arlington; two sisters, Edna Peterson of Lawton and Nora Lee Kitsmiller of Duncan; a sister-in-law, Vida Green of Duncan; three grandchildren, Tracy Hill, Steven Hill and Alecia Hill Dillon, all of Arlington; and several nieces and nephews.
Bearers will be Gene Lynch, Earl Best, Ed Lynch, Larry Arthur, Bill Ridley and Nesbert Baker.
