Obituary:
Jake “JB” Chisolm, 69 of Hilton Head Island died Monday Nov 15, 2004 at his home. He was born Jul 23, 1935 on Hilton Head, a son of the late Ruben and Rose Williams Chisolm.
Mr. Chisolm was educated in local schools and was a member of Central Oak Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Rose W. Chisolm of Savannah; one son, Victor Chisolm of Savannah; three brothers, Eddie Chisolm Sr. of Hilton Head and Julius and Alhern Chisolm, both of Boston; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Central Oak Grove Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Harbour Town Cemetery. Marshel’s Wright-Donaldson Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
