he was a member of Northside Baptist Church, a retired coal miner and member of the United Mine Workers Association and a retired farmer.

Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16th at Northside Baptist Church with interment at Garden of Memories, under the direction of Smith Mortuary of Charleston.
