Clarice Mae Towler Monfort
Clarice was born in Oklahoma City, OK, on January 4, 1927 to Earl and Cora Lee Towler, the second of eight children. She was married to Calvin C. Monfort in Ardmore, OK on Dec. 4th, 1943. They moved to California a few years later and started their family of six, buying their first and only home on Rosecrans Ave. in Norwalk, Ca. in 1948. Clarice and Calvin were happily married for 38 years before he was called home to the Lord and she continued live in the home they had built together in Norwalk until reuniting with Cal in heaven on February 15th, 2013.

Clarice had a full life, raising her babies and serving her church. She was a dedicated believer, serving the Lord in any way she could and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone she came into contact with. She had a big heart and her door was always open to family and friends. After the passing of her husband, she held her first job outside the home working for Wendy's. When she wasn't working, she was visiting with family. She loved taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, working puzzles, and listening to country gospel music.

She was dearly loved and will be sincerely missed.
