Flora Virginia Duckworth Treat passed away Monday, January 13, 2014 at Highland Court Rehabilitation and Resident Care Facility in Marshall, Arkansas. She was born on October 17, 1921 in Crossville, IL to David and Myrtle Duckworth.

She was pre-deceased by her parents; two brothers; four sisters; husband, Lucine Treat; and son Darvin Steve Treat .

Survivors include her son David (Rena) Treat; grandchildren, Marlin (Janet) Treat, Steve (Sherri) Treat, Laura Treat, Kim Martin, Curtis (Sherri Jo) Treat, Charlotte (Shawn) Uzzel and Brian Treat; fifteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.

She was a member of the Oasis Baptist Church in Marshall, Arkansas where she taught Sunday school for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She loved to cook and sew for her family. She enjoyed gardening and working in her flowerbeds. Later in life she traveled across the country visiting different family members.

Arrangements are by Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas.
Graveside service for Virginia will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at East Lawn Cemetery in Marshall, Arkansas with her nephew, Bro. Bob Reynolds officiating.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Marlin, Steve, Curtis, Brian, Sam and Mason Treat.
