Charles Adams, age 75, of Shelbyville, died Monday, January 31, 2005 at Jewish Hospital Shelbyville. He was an auto body repairman at Adams Body Shop, member of Highland Baptist Church, and son of the late Carrell and Mary Lee Perry Adams.
He is survived by his wife, Sara Stucker Adams, Shelbyville; two daughters: Debbie Case, Shelbyville; Becky Adams, Frankfort; two brothers; Ralph Gilbert Adams, Gulf Shores, Alabama; Raymond Lee Adams, Louisville; one grandchild and four step-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 3 at Shannon Funeral Home, Shelbyville. Rev Bill George and Rev. Gary Ellcessor officiated. Interment was in Grove Hill Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
