Loyd is the son of George Harley and Mattie Neil Mabry. He married Maryella Wharton on 6-20-1959 in Benton Co., Arkansas. He served in the Army during WWII and the Korean War. He retired from Formost Dairy and Coca-Cola Bottling. His birth was recorded as 3-18-1927, but family members who attended the birth say he was born on 3-17-1927, Along with his twin brother Floyd Mabry.
