According to the 1940 census Jessie and Anson were living in Oceanside, CA in 1935 and Coalinga in 1940. They are also listed in the Coalinga city directories for 1940 and 1941.
They had three children:

Glenn Edwin
Charles Albert
After Anson's death in 1942, she married Charles Lloyd Walck.
Jessie and Charles were living in Coalinga, CA in 1947 and 1949 (city directories). They moved to Paradise, CA in 1953 and lived there until their deaths.
