Earl Wilson Dies; Was 74

Earl B. Wilson, 74, of 917 S. 15th St., died Tuesday afternoon in the Henry County Hospital following an extended illness.
A carpenter, Mr. Wilson was a former resident of Rush Co. He had resided in New Castle for 32 years.
Surviving are the widow, Elizabeth Wilson; a daughter, Mrs. Earl H. Edwards of Mooreland; four sons: Russell, Lorin, Carroll and Donald Wilson, all of New Castle; three brothers: John Wilson of Gillette, WY, Arthur Wilson of Terre Haute and Merrill Wilson of New Castle; two sisters: Mrs. Albert McConnell of Rush Co. and Mrs. Parker Willey of Gary; a granddaughter; and four grandsons, two of whom are in Korea.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Main and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. J. W. Kinnett of Indianapolis and Rev. R. E. Halls officiating. Burial will be in the South Mound Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 o'clock tonight.
