In June 1900 Dick Tilstra (27 y, born in January 1873 [wrong, must be: 1874] in Holland, day laborer) and his wife Ever (28, September 1872, Illinois) lived at an own home at Thornton Road in South Holland village, Thornton Township, Cook County, Illinois. According to these records of Census 1900 they were married for two years then and Dick immigrated in 1889.
Dick Tilstra died in 1904 at the age of about 29 years, very probably in or around South Holland, Cook County, Illinois. His widow Eva died there too in October 1929 at the age of 57 years. They probably didn't have children.
