A pioneer Alberta farmer who, in 1902, trekked by horse and wagon from Utah to a point now known as Frankburgh in the High River district, John Carter Robbins, 87, died in the General Hospital on Thursday.
Mr. Robbins was born in Provo City, Utah, August 29, 1869, and was married to Ellen Frank of Goshen, Utah, in the Salt Lake Temple, April 23, 1902.
