Another old-timer of the Calgary district was laid to rest Tuesday afternoon. Adriana McBean Kerfoot, relict of the late William Duncan Kerfoot, died at the General hospital here Saturday, aged 60 years. Mrs. Kerfoot came to Calgary from Drumfrieshire, Scotland, to Calgary in 1883, and was married to William Kerfoot in1883. She has been a resident of the Cochrane district most of the time since. The funeral services were held Tuesday from the Armstrong funeral home to the Pro-Cathedral, where the service was conducted by Canon Harrison at 3:30. Interment took place in the Union cemetery. The pall-bearers were: A.E. Cross, Wm. Pearce, Dr. Park, J.C. Linton, Clem Gardener, and E. McCormick.
