Born in Omaha, Nebraska and Daughter of Charles and Lydia Cooter. Survived by 2 sisters: Irma Hroch and Cleone O'Neill and 2 brothers: Emmett and Bruce Cooter. Also survived by her son: Frank L. Morgan (Pat). As well as Phyllis K. Marino former daughter-in-law. Grandchildren: Frank L. Morgan II (Rina), Daneita R. Morgan/Grady, Lori J. Morgan, Macey R. Crovo (Denis), Dan Smith and Becky Manzo. 15 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Granddaughter. Preceded in death by Charles and Lydia Cooter, 3 Brothers: Ivan, Darrell and Dwayne. As well as 2 Sisters Eileen and Yvonne. Services to be held at Mount Vernon Memorial Park 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks 95628. Viewing Tuesday November 8th from 6-8 p.m. Services held on Wednesday November 9th at 11:00 a.m.
