Mrs. Bertha Fendick. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Dakin, superintendent of the Moosic Mountain powder mills, died at her home on Main street at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon, after several weeks' illness. She is survived by one daughter, Estella, and one son, Leonard; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Dakin; one sister. Miss Estella Dakin; two brothers, John and Elmer Dakin. The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the Baptist church. Interment will be in Prospect cemetery.
