She was born Feb. 1, 1931, in Cazenovia, Ill., to Bernard F. and Della Pearl (VanValey) Broers. She married Jack Bisio on Feb. 25, 1950, in Toluca, Ill. He passed away on July 29, 2007.
Surviving are her children, Sandra (Richard) Fandel of Germantown Hills, Constance Jones of Reno, Nev., and John B. Bisio of Jacksonville, Fla..
Also surviving is her sister Coleen (Larry) Jones of Morton.
One daughter, Jackie Sue Bisio, preceded her in death.
In her early years, Donna worked as a switchboard operator for Toluca Telephone and Heisters. She enjoyed bowling, ballroom dancing, singing karaoke, playing bingo, fishing, camping, traveling and playing cards.
Donna was of the Catholic faith.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Burial of ashes will be at St. Ann's Cemetery in Toluca.
