Mr and Mrs J E Taylor were in Goodlettsville and Nashville Monday and Tuesday due to the passing of her brother, George Edward Dudney, age 61. Mr Dudney died in a Nashville infirmary Sunday, Sept 17 about 4:30 p.m. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept 19 at 2 p.m. in the Goodlettsville Church of Christ with burial in Spring Hill cemetery.
He is survived by his wife; their son George Peter, Goodlettsville; 2 daughters, Mrs G W Harris, Hendersonville; Miss Rose Dudney, at home; 5 other sisters, Mrs M F Anderson, Mrs Wade Craighead, Mrs Clark Sadler, all of Gainesboro; Mrs Della Spivy, New York; Mrs Mae West, Oklahoma; a brother, R L, Oak Ridge.
