UMSTOT Catherine Benson Umstot , 92, passed away November 13, 2002 at her home on Lake Shore Blvd. where she had resided for over 50 years. She was a homemaker, artist, church worker, traveler and volunteer ceramic instructor for over 30 years for the Jacksonville Arthritis Foundation. Survivors include her husband, Edison Umstot of 71 years; son, Denis D. Umstot of Washington State and Europe; daughter, Cathy Sue Weckerling of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; sister, Edna Baker of Bigfork, Minnesota; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
