"WILLIAM MULLIGAN, TAX OFFICE AIDE
Funeral services for William Mulligan, deputy tax collector for 15 years, will be at 2 P. M. tomorrow at his home, 2806 Jackson st. Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Mr. Mulligan, 64, died Tuesday at his home after a long illness. Active in Republican politics, he was a member of the 48th Ward Republican Executive Committee. His wife, Clara; a daughter and five sons survive."
