Mr. Bryant was born in Rogers TX on Jan 28, 1896.

He graduated from Southwest Texas University in San Marcos TX, and was a school teacher in Rogers before moving to Waco TX.

He married in 1923 to Joyce Wilder in Waco TX, and she died in 1976. He was a veteran of WWII, a member of George N. Denton Lodge 24 AF & AM, and Austin Avenue Methodist church.

Survivors include: sons, Robert L. Bryant of Waco, and Carl S. Bryant of New York; sister, Sue Croom of Temple TX; brother, W.D. Bryant of Temple TX; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
