Services were at Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Jena, with the Rev. John F. Meek Jr., officiating. Burial was in the Olla Cemetery.
Miss Cotten died unexpectedly Monday while on a visit with relatives in Olla. She was recently retired as a secretary for City Service Company of Shreveport.
Survivors are five brothers, Birl Cotten, J. C. Cotten and Lon Cotten, all of Olla, Leon B. Cotten, Jackson, Tex., and Robert B. Cotten, Shreveport; and one sister, Mrs. Felix E. Audrey, Chattanooga, Tenn.
