Floramae was born November 25, 1930 in Evansville to the late Henry and Loretta (Duncan) Effinger. She had worked for AT & T and for the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation. Floramae was a 50 year member of St. James United Methodist Church West and enjoyed working with her flowers and gardening. She was an excellent cook; when she cooked for church functions the members would always ask what Floramae had brought.
Surviving Floramae are two sons, two brothers, ; four grandchildren,
In addition to her parents, Floramae was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Donald Toelle in 2007 and by two brothers, Albert and Ronald Effinger.
Funeral services for Floramae will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Gene Backes officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
