Viclim of Fall Dies - Special The Courier-Journal - Bloomfield Ky., Dec. 2, Mrs. Nora Neal Sweazy, 70, Bloomfield, died at 7:05 a.m. Monday at Kentucky Baptist Hospital, Louisville, where she had been a patient three weeks since suffering a broken hip in a fall at her home.

Surviving are her husband, Otis S. Sweazy; a son, William Randall Sweazy, Louisville; a daughter, Mrs. Ellis Coulter, Bloomfield, and six sisters, Mrs. Mary Daniels, Lansing, Mich.; Mrs. Sue Ryerson, Pittsburgh, and Miss Forrest Neal, Mrs. Juanita Jenkins, Mrs. Kate Fischer, and Mrs. Cleva Monteith, all of Ashville, N.C.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bloomfield Christian Church. The body is at Houghlin Funeral Home here.
