30 Jun 1975] Frank J. Gerberich, husband of Florence Phillipy [Phillippy] Gerberich, Jonestown RD 1, died Saturday evening in the Pleasant View Rest Home, Manheim RD 5. He was 78. Born in Union Township, he was a son of the late Grant G. and Sallie A. Books Gerberich. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Jonestown; a charter member of the Jonestown Lions Club and a member of the Jonestown Area Senior Citizens. He served as a township supervisor for Union Township for 18 years. In addition to his widow he is survived by two sons, Clair H., and Guy G., both of Jonestown RD 1; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. [Lebanon Daily News]
