Rites Set Thursday For Crash Victims -- Double funeral services for Mrs. Sherrill Mayes Eccles, 29, and Mrs. Edith Wilcox Eccles, 60, will be conducted at the J. H. Finefrock & Sons Funeral Home Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock with the Rev. Clinton E. Vansant, pastor of the First Assembly of God, officiating. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park. Both women were killed Saturday evening in a traffic accident on route 71 near Ashland.

Mrs. Sherrill Mayes Eccles, wife of Kent Eugene Eccles, 414 Henry Street, was born in Cory, Pennsylvania, September 26, 1936 and had been a resident of Mansfield for the past two years. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.

Surviving, besides her husband, are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Mayes, of North Tonawanda, N. Y.

Mrs. Edith Thelma Wilcox Eccles, wife of J. Kent Eccles, Cairns Road, was born in Richland County, January 23, 1906 and had been a resident of this area all her life.

Surviving besides her husband, are two sons, the Rev. William R. Eccles of Oklahoma City, and Kent Eugene Eccles of Mansfield; three brothers, Fred Wilcox of Tacoma, Washington, Clarence Wilcox of Phoenix, Arizona, and Earl Wilcox, Corpus Christi, Texas, and four sisters, Mrs. Eva Brown of Mansfield, Mrs. Edna Waste, Tacoma Washington, Mrs. Alverda Jones, Fort Myers Florida, and Mrs. Jane Price of Columbus.
