Eleanor Dreyfus Goodman died Wednesday, April 18, 2001. Wife of the late
Jacques Blum, president of Gimbel Brothers Inc., Pittsburgh, vice president
of Gimbel Brothers Inc. and on the Board of Directors of Saks Fifth Avenue.
Also wife of the late Bernard Goodman, Esq. She is survived by her son,
Jacques L. Blum of Pittsburgh; three daughters, Constance MARSTINE of
Pittsburgh, Mrs. Janet JOHNSON of Bear Rocks and Betty Ann SIMON of
Pittsburgh; and six grandchildren, Janet Marstine Polishook of Ellensburg,
Wash., Cathy Maureen Blum of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Debra FISHER of Pittsburgh,
Mrs. Susan NUSSBAUM of Westport, Conn., Harvey N. AARONSON of Brooklyn, N.Y.,
and James Aaronson of New York City, N.Y.. Seven great-grandchildren also
survive her. Services are private and there will be no receiving. Donations
may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements by RALPH SCHUGAR
CHAPEL INC.
